Smooth (NOT gritty) L-Ascorbic powder!!!
I can't get enough of Good Molecules. Just finished my bottle of Squalane Oil and I need to place a new order for another one ASAP, but that's another story. Let's get down to business. L-Ascorbic Powder. Actually, let me rephrase that--SMOOTH L-Ascorbic Powder.
I'm all about L-Ascorbic and Vitamin C in general just takes to my skin so well. I have hereditary discoloration as well as acne scarring and hyperpigmentation. My skin's all over the place. Whenever I consistently use Vitamin C in my skincare regimen, my skin thanks me and discoloration always disappears. But I often run into a dilemma. My skin is severely sensitive and dry and there are not many skincare brands I can indulge in because of this. So here I am, stuck with this problem. Dark spots and discoloration but sensitive to pretty much everything.
Now let's take it back to about a year ago. I tried a Vitamin C powder from a different skincare brand and it tore my skin up. The consistency of that powder was so unnecessarily abrasive and not at all friendly to compromised skin. Feeling down and defeated after just one use, I simply came to the resolution that maybe L-Ascorbic powder is just not for me. Then Good Molecules comes out with the Vitamin C Booster Powder and I am interested...Still skeptical, but interested. So I give it a try. When I tell you this powder is smooth and forgiving for dry, sensitive skin, I absolutely mean it. I have no idea how they did it but I'm glad somebody is in the lab taking notes and looking out for the sensitive skin beauties out there. This powder is so effortless to use. There is a tiny scoop included so I can accurately measure my usage and the jar is mighty large so I don't foresee this running out anytime soon. It's also in a dark tinted jar which protects my precious gold and I appreciate that a lot.
The only way I can some this up is a simple but powerful ingredient/product that has been executed perfectly.

Dark Spot Eraser
I just have to Thank you Good Molecules for creating such an amazing set of effective, budget friendly skincare products. In the past, I had a reaction to all vitamin c products. It did not matter who the product was by or how I applied. It always resulted in an acne breakout. Unfortunately, sometimes my acne blemishes cause a dark mark as they heal. I don't pick at them, I don't over scrub or over stimulate my skin, it has a mind of it's own. So, since I love GM, I decided to try the Vitamin C Booster Powder. I love the Discoloration serum & thought, just maybe they will compliment one another. Voila 😲😀😁😌. It is working. My acne scars are fading, my dark spots are fading & my rough texture on my chin is diminishing 😄😄. I cannot be more pleased with a product. Sorry for the long narrative, but I had to share my full experience. I highly recommend this product. It even suits my sensitive skin. Cheers 😉 🌷

Love this product
I just recently started to use this L-Ascorbic Acid powder. I mix in my night time moisturizer. I'm a long time user of L-Ascorbic Acid 20%, so I use it every night. It mixes beautifully without grittiness. I get a very slight tingle. I love not having to try to beat the oxidative degradation of L-Ascorbic acid in solution. Plus it's great to travel with a small jar of powder/scoop instead a bottle of liquid. I am so pleased I tried this

It's good
I'm 46 years old and I have hyperpigmentation and fine lines. I was using another vitamin c product (expensive),I was looking for a good a good product with quality and better price. And I believe this is it, I've been using it about month, it didn't sting maybe my skin already had a tolerance from the other product, well, I noticed that my fine lines still diminished. Hope this helps. Don't mind profile picture put it by error cannot change it. 😂

Its ok. I guess it does something even though I dont see it on the surface of my skin.
I use this booster powder mixed into the Good Molecules Hyaluronic serum 2-3x a week as recommended on the packaging. So far, I have not seen any difference in my skin texture and my sun spots hasn't gone lighter. Nonetheless, you get good amount of products for the price and comes in a UV dark jar with a cute mini measuring spoon. The product itself was ok, nothing spectacular. For me, the powder itself was 3 stars. The reason I gave an extra star is for the product itself didn't give me any skin reactions. I have hormonal, dry and fickle sensitive skin yet this product does not irritate it since I use it following the recommended guidelines printed on the packaging. Perhaps the longer I use them, I will see results. Maybe mixing them with different, more potent serums will bring about results I want to see from this powder booster.

Gentle but effective
I started mixing this powder in with the Daily Brightening Serum about 2 weeks ago. It dissolves easily and the serum glides on as if nothing was added to it. Adding the Vitamin C powder to the serum really boost the serum but it is still gentle for my skin.
Since incorporating Good Molecules products into my regimen I have seen a gradual fading of my hyperpigmentation and I couldn't be more happier. My skin is more hydrated, smooth, and has a glow.
Thank you for producing some amazing products Good Molecules.

I do recommend using this or other C powders
Love Good Molecules but don't recommend this product. I tried this and it seemed alright at first and then irritated my sensitive skin and I got some tiny breakouts. The irritation lasted. It is a bit gritty when mixed and I have sensitive skin. This is not why I don't recommend it. When I read up more and saw chemists and dermatologists were coming out against the use of powdered C. I assumed the method of use had been researched. I think not. Ascorbic acid must be used at a specific PH range to be effective. Just because the powder is stable in the jar doesn't mean non chemists should be making their own c-serums in the bathroom with random products. You need 10% to be effective, but more hasn't been tested. Many companies sell 20% serums that are great, but they are buffered to have the right PH. I got some PH strips and did some tests. With a low PH toner (5.5) I got a mix of 2 PH which is low enough to cause irritation but will be effective. With another toner I got a PH that was too high to be effective. I have no way to know the percentage of C ended up in the mixture. You can't measure the PH of C in a cream and there is no indication that it be effective used like that. Stable ascorbic acid products exists but they are formulated in labs not by amateurs in bathrooms. You also don't want to mix niacinamide and C in serum w/o knowing what you are doing either. Lots can go wrong! I love Good Molecules but don't suggest using this. Love the discoloration, niacinamide serums and the niacinamide toner.

Gritty AF. Did I get a faulty one??
No matter what I mix this into, serum, oil, moisturizer - it WILL NOT DISSOLVE. Feels like I'm rubbing sand on my face and then it doesn't absorb and messes up my makeup.

Horrible
I wanted to like this but it's a big fail for me. The powder did not melt down in anything I tried it in and was like a microexfoliant every day that I did not want or need. It tore my face up; I stopped using it and will be sending it back for something different in a derivative because I'm afraid of the powders now.
